General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products on the Smartovio website.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale include ceramic dinnerware and related items (plates, bowls, teapots, cups, and decorative ceramics).
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£), depending on the customer’s location.
Smartovio reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order is considered final once it has been confirmed and paid.
Smartovio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of issues (payment problems, stock availability, or suspected fraud).

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
All payments are processed securely via the Shopify platform.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and France.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days after order processing.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, unless exceptions apply.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. Liability

Smartovio shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold.
